At Purple Connection Jewellery, we make handcrafted, one-of-a-kind jewellery using a technique called wire sculpting or wire-wrapping. We twist, we curl and we swirl the wire around an object to secure the centrepiece until we have a beautiful creation. Even when we use the same pattern, no two items will ever be alike. You can be assured no one else will have the same jewellery.

Wire sculpting has been around for centuries, it’s actually the first jewellery making technique. It’s been noted, Cleopatra wore a wire wrapped emerald. We use Sterling Silver and 14K Gold Filled wire. Click here for more info on the different types of wire.

About the Artist

All of Purple Connection Jewellery’s creations are hand-made by Liz Josevski. She was born in North York, Ontario and is of Macedonian heritage.

She now lives in Newtonville, Ontario with her two dogs, Cindy & Nutmeg and best friend Bruce. Liz began wire sculpting jewellery in 2004, and fell in love with this form of art instantly. The following year she left her full time job in the corporate work of 11-years to pursue making jewellery as a business.

Each piece of jewellery she makes is made with this passion and excitement, and this energy is transferred to each piece of jewellery. Her gift to the wearer of the jewellery is to feel passionate about life and follow his/her own dreams with love and confidence.
